VoIP.com is a service provider that I have used, but left for various support reasons. I used VoIP.com's Internet Phone Service for about a year and a half, but simply found better options. The service is pretty solid, has a great price, and an ok feature set. When they purchased "voip.com", I feel they left a lot of the intangibles alone for too long, and tried to build the company on the domain alone. When I did need assistance, it was difficult to get things remedied in a timely fashion...whether it be billing or technical support. Their International rates are very competitive, and have been since they entered the market. That was one reason I chose them, but since that time, other providers like VoIPo and ViaTalk, have included International minutes with their VoIP calling plans. VoIP.com does provide many other options like the various business plans, mobile plans, and computer plans. So, if you are looking for an Internet Phone service provide that covers a larger spectrum of products, VoIP.com is the choice.
