Phone.com is simply a solid residential and business VoIP provider. I have tested them for both my home and business, and am still utilizing one of their Business VoIP plans. They provide numerous services, such as their Virtual Office, which allows for small to medium size business the luxuries of larger companies, and at a fraction of the cost. With both Phone.com's residential and business phone service, I have been more than satisified, but pricing has encouraged me to move away from their residential plans. The initial setup was very easy, there have been no billing issues so far, and the customer service and tech support have been exceptional the few times that I have had to call them.
