JoiPhone VoIP service recieved a listing on this site because I have used them and they do offer High-Speed Internet Service, as well as their Internet Phone service. They do have a pretty aggresive pricing structure, but I would be more inclined to recommend one of the Top 3 VoIP providers listed on my site first if you are only looking for phone service. The Internet Phone Service was founded by the founders of Joi Internet, and this service grew into one of the largest ISP's in the country. This fact allows for one huge advantage, and that is they are able to offer Internet and Phone Service bundles for as low as $34.95/month. Their Website is a bit confusing, and the overall customer satisfaction leaves a bit to be desired. However, if you are in the market for both high-speed Internet service and a cheap home phone service, JoiPhone would be my reccomendation for your needs.
